Duppler-Smith Post #460 American Legion is establishing a Veterans Memorial Park in Belleville. Jean Kringle, retired art teacher from Belleville, was asked if she could paint a rendition of the proposed memorial. The following is a quote from Jean. "I helped with fundraising by painting a sign that illustrates the park and appeals for funds.
