Monticello Lions President Dan Roe, Lion Linn Lederman and Lion Nancy Elmer presented $500.00 scholarships to college students continuing their education. Those receiving the scholarships were Aaron Hefty, Hunter Pratt, Maddie Bartels and John Zuber (who is missing from the photo). 

Aaron is attending University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh, majoring in physical Education. Hunter Pratt is attending University of Wisconsin-Platteville, majoring in Applied Engineering. Maddie Bartels is attending University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh, majoring in Psychology.  John Zuber is attending University of Wisconsin-Madison, majoring in Botany.

This is a new scholarship the Monticello Lions offered this year, so we presented four high school scholarships and four college scholarships in 2016. Thanks to all the support from Monticello and surrounding area we are able to expand our donations. We appreciate all your support and give it back as much as possible.
