Curtis Fuszard, the Executive Director of REACH-A-Child, recently met with Jeremy Martin, Director of the Belleville EMS, and provided the EMS with a REACH bag. A REACH bag contains ten books and ten drawstring backpacks. First Responders use these resources when they are at a scene and children are present. The books are a tool to help distract and comfort those children, who keep both the book and the drawstring backpack.
