Congratulations Science Olympians!
Way to go to all 24 Belleville Science Olympians who traveled to compete in Boyceville on December 3rd!
The brand new JV team earned three medals and the 2nd year Varsity team earned 11 medals. The Varsity team placed 2nd out of 29 in the small school division and 10th overall out of 60 teams. All 24 students represented their school and community well.
The individual medal winners include: 1st Ecology, Otto Anson and Joey Sokol; 1st Hydrogeology, Britney Markhardt and Trevor Thole; 1st Mystery Design, Jaden Kieler and Grace Przybyl; 1st Invasive Species, Otto Anson and Mikayla Cann; 1st Remote Sensing, Joey Sokol and Trevor Thole; 2nd Experimental Design, Jaden Kieler, Grace Przybyl, and Emma Veeneman; 2nd Materials Science, Hansi Bartle and Connor Theis; 3rd Chemistry Lab, Otto Anson and Grace Przybyl; 3rd Food Science, Hansi Bartle and Mikayla Cann; 3rd Time to Fly, Isaac Brummel and Noah Niesen; 3rd Ecology, Bryson Jelle and Michael Viney; 3rd Rocks and Minerals, Gianna Diaz and Michael Viney; 4th Astronomy, Jaden Kieler and Gary Salmela; 4th Time to Fly, Dray Kieler and Chase Messner.
