Hammer Medals at State Swim Meet

Four members of the team competed at the State Swim Meet held at the UW Natatorium on Friday, November 11th. For more on the meet, see page 22. Pictured above is the Monroe/New Glarus Swim Team. "It was a night of huge accomplishments," said Coach Linda Moser about the State Swim Meet held at the UW Natatorium on Friday, November 11th. The 2016 Monroe/New Glarus High School Girls Swim Team ended their season on a high note.

Madelyn Hammer started the night full of confidence. Competing at state two years ago as a freshman, Hammer's nerves played a part in her events, the 100-Yard Freestyle and the 100-Yard Breaststroke.
