Alternate Side Winter parking begins November 15th and ends March 31. This requires anyone parking a vehicle on a village street to park on the even side of the street on even days and on the odd side of the street on odd days, which is enforced between 1:00 a.m. and 7:00 a.m. This means you should park on the side of the street where houses have even numbers on the even days and vice versa.
