Belleville Students Donate $1,000 to "Help Kids Read Better"

Justin (left) and Garrett Pauli, sons of Trina and David Pauli, surprised the Belleville School Board with a $1,000 donation to purchase books for the Book Room at their school. The funds were from a grant they applied for through Madison4Kids.
Justin and Garrett Pauli signed their names on the Public Comment Sheet at the School District of Belleville School Board Meeting on Monday, October 25th. Together, they amazed the Board of Education, and everyone in attendance, by donating $1,000 to purchase books for the Book Room at their school. Both boys are students at Belleville Intermediate School. Garrett is in 3rd grade and Justin is in 5th grade and both are the children of Trina and David Pauli. Through 4-H activism, the boys applied for a grant through Madison4Kids and received the maximum amount of $1,000!
