Dear Editor,

On Sunday, October 9th, our New Glarus Historical Society hosted Harvest Fest at the Swiss Historical Village & Museum. Harvest Fest is an annual celebration of old world traditions set amidst buildings that showcase the history of New Glarus. Nearly 500 adults and children joined us this year.

Many thanks to all the artisans and volunteers who made Harvest Fest such a success. Special thanks to the New Glarus Brewing Company for their generous financial donation, which allowed us to extend our marketing efforts this year.

The Swiss Historical Village & Museum is now closed for the 2016 season, but our website contains a wealth of information about the history of New Glarus ( http://www.swisshistoricalvillage.org ). See you next May when our Swiss Historical Village & Museum opens for our 2017 season.
