The 86th season of the Sugar River Euchre League will begin play on Thursday, October 6, with 10 teams, consisting of eight players each, competing for the championship trophy.

A Captain’s Meeting was held on September 22nd at Hooterville Inn, Blue Mounds, to kick off the season. After the reading and approval of the annual treasurer’s report and 2015/16 meeting minutes, an election of league officers and grievance committee members was held.
