GLEN M. PRETTI

Glen M. Pretti

Glen M. Pretti, age 50, died on Saturday, October 1, 2016, at his home with family at his side.  He was born November 21, 1965, to Louis and Mary K. (Moha) Pretti.

He graduated from Hurley High School in 1984 and attended Gogebic Community College in Ironwood, Michigan, where he played basketball for the Generals. He graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration in real estate from UW-Madison in 1989.  He was an independent commercial real estate broker for 25+ years at DSI and Coldwell Banker.  He coached Wisconsin Hoops Select Basketball, Mount Horeb School Basketball, and Tri-County. He loved the outdoors, especially hunting with his son, Hunter, and friends at Tanglewood Ranch in Mineral Point, WI. One of the things Glen loved to do the most was to teach and coach the game of basketball, especially with his daughter, Serena. His hobby was to smoke brisket and pork "butts" and share them with family and friends.  On August 25, 1996, he married the love of his life, Patricia "Trish" Nolden, and took his stepdaughter, Courtney, as his own.
