With three meets under their belts, the Belleville Cross Country teams are off to a great start. Thus far they have raced in Monroe, Darlington and River Valley.

The girls team this year is as great in numbers as it is in talent. The team is led by senior Noelle Maire, who is continuing to improve and is looking toward another state bid. We are also seeing strong races and leadership from our other seniors, Britney Markhardt, Rachel Uebelacker and Clarice Loeffelholz.

Junior Maya Severson has been joined by two newcomers, Eve Palmer and Kalin O'Rourke, who have already showed gains. So...
