Advance tickets are now available for the 10th Anniversary Green County Fall National Truck and Tractor pull, which will be held Saturday, September 24, 2016. The event will be held at the Green County Fairgrounds with nine classes of trucks and tractors participating from Wisconsin and surrounding states. The pull, sponsored for the ninth year by Washington Implement of Monticello, will begin at 12:00 noon. Back by popular demand, Madison County will take the stage at 8:00 p.m. They are sponsored by Colony Brands, Stone Mill Construction and the Monroe Lions Club.

Advanced tickets are $15.00, which include the pull, the band and the opportunity to win one of 40 prizes. Grand prize will be a 42-inch Hustler Zero Turn mower, donated by Sugar River Power Center of New Glarus. Other prizes include a 50” LG TV donated by Fuzzy’s Audio and Video, two $500 gift certificates donated by Pomp’s Tire, $200 cash prizes donated by Weaver Auto Parts, Jordan Ag, R. Mueller Stainless, Baker Trucking and Trac Trucking, along with many more prizes. Gate admission the day of the pull will be $15.00 plus an additional $5.00 for the band and will not be entered in the drawing.

A 10th Anniversary quilt, featuring 32 tractors, will be raffled off the day of the pull with proceeds going to the Monroe Fire Department to use for training southern Wisconsin and northern Illinois firefighters. To learn more, visit the Green County Fall National Facebook page.
