The Monticello Lions Club is sponsoring the first annual Lion Dan Karlen Memorial Trap Shoot. The Trap Shoot will take place on Saturday, October 8, 2016, from 10:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m., at the Argyle Gun Club on Highway 81, south of Argyle.

For a fun day of two rounds of trap and a luncheon, provided by the Monticello Lions Club, in the remembrance of Lion Dan Karlen, there will be a donation of $35.00 asked. The proceeds will go toward the Monticello Lions Club projects. There will also be raffles donated by the Lions Club members.

There will be a special raffle of a Henry Golden Boy Silver .17 HMR Rifle. To conclude our event, the lucky ticket for this rifle will be drawn at the Dan Karlen Memorial Trap Shoot.
