The Village's Assessor, Gardiner Appraisal, will have personnel in the Village taking photos of residential properties as part of the revaluation for the Village, which began on Friday, July 22nd. Personnel will have identification with them and their vehicle will indicate they are with the Assessor's Office. If you have any questions, please contact the Village at 527-2510.

Educational Meeting for 2017 Assessment Revaluation

An educational meeting will be held concerning the 2017 Assessment revaluation for the Village of New Glarus on Thursday, August 4, 2016, at 7:00 p.m., at Village Hall. The meeting will be presented by the Village Assessor, Gardiner Appraisal Service, LLC. There will be a presentation explaining the revaluation process followed by a question and answer session.
