The Bank of New Glarus® and Sugar River Bank Branches donated $1,000.00 to The United Way of Green County through their Pay to Play program, which allows employees to donate $5.00 per month in order to wear jeans on Fridays. Each quarter, these funds are donated to a different non-profit organization chosen by the employees of the Bank. So far the program, which began in Summer 2015, has donated to the Green County Humane Society, Family Promise of Green County and now United Way of Green County.

"Charitable giving is a core value of our organization and the Pay to Play program is a great opportunity for employees to be able to give back to the organizations that matter to us, while enjoying the comfort of blue jeans on Fridays," says Kristin Riniker, Marketing Coordinator for The Bank of New Glarus and Sugar River Bank Branches.

The Bank of New Glarus® and Sugar River Bank Branches is headquartered in New Glarus, Wisconsin, and has branch offices located in New Glarus, Belleville, Monroe, Juda and Brodhead.
