Dear Editor,

Several weeks ago I was surprised, while trying to plant a crab apple tree in my front yard, to see three young men pull up, get out of their truck and offer to help me plant the tree. They got right to work, dug the hole, put the tree in, filled it in, watered it, and raked it out. The three young men were Brent, Brice and Dillon Klitzke, from Monticello.

Now, if I had been young and beautiful, this would not have been such a surprise, but I’m anything but. So, thank you, Brent, Brice and Dillon.
