On Monday, April 4th, the New Glarus girls softball team hosted Black Hawk. They lost a hard-fought, high scoring game, 15-12.
By the end of the first inning, Black Hawk had scored five runs. New Glarus player Ashley Judd had an RBI single, sending Madison Perkins home.
In the fourth inning, Black Hawk had four more players cross home plate. New Glarus managed three runs in the fourth.
In the bottom of the sixth, a two-run double by Maya Kramer and an RBI single by Ashley Judd gave the Knights hope, but with only one run scored in the seventh, they fell to Black Hawk.
