The Board of Commissioners of Public Lands (BCPL) approved a State Trust Fund Loan totaling $381,350 to the Town of Brooklyn to refinance a fire district building loan.
The Board approved loans totaling slightly more than $4 million at today’s meeting. They include:
Balsam Lake Protection & Rehabilitation District, Polk County/Purchase aquatic plant harvester and support equipment/$167,645
Town of Brooklyn, Green County/Refinance fire district building loan/$381,350
City of Greenfield, Milwaukee County/Install fiber optic network/$700,000
