Dakota State University, SD, Cross Country and Track and Field Head Coach Anthony Drealan is proud to announce the signing of Maxwell Cruse. He will continue his education and running career at Dakota State University this coming fall.

Cruse will graduate from New Glarus High School this spring. He was a two-time Second Team All-Conference Cross Country Team in his junior and senior seasons. He owns personal best times of 4 minutes, 58 seconds in the 1600-meters; 10 minutes, 41 seconds in the 3200-meters; and 17 minutes, 37 seconds in the 5K race.

Maxwell is the son of Fred and JoAnn Cruse of New Glarus. He plans to major in Computer Science at Dakota State University.
