Little Free Library Ribbon Cutting Ceremony

April 10th at 3:30 p.m.

A Little Free Library is coming soon to the New Glarus Village Park! A Little Free Library is a small library no bigger than a storage container. Books can be placed in the library and taken from the library for free. This Little Free Library is for children of all ages, from 0-18 years of age.

There will be a “ribbon-cutting” ceremony for all children to attend. If you come to the ceremony, please bring a pair of safety scissors. There is a book drive at the New Glarus Elementary, Middle, and High school offices. There is also a bin for books in the New Glarus Public Library. The event is planned by Abby Marty and Matti Kirch, sponsored by New Glarus Middle School FCCLA and funded by the New Glarus Youth Committee.
