The Annual Meeting of the Wilhelm Tell Guild has been set for Tuesday, March 22, 2016, at Tofflers. The meeting will begin at 7:00 p.m., in the upstairs meeting area.

Everyone associated with the festival is encouraged to attend. Likewise, anyone who would like to become involved is also welcome. There is always room for more volunteers.

This is the second oldest festival held in New Glarus, having begun in 1938. It is a festival that requires countless volunteers. Possibilities for volunteers include working on the grounds, helping with costumes, organizing volunteers, promotion and marketing, being “on-stage,” working in the food stand, helping with all the sub-groups i.e. dancers, soldiers, etc.

The current board of directors consists of Kaye Gmur, Ann O’Leary, Jeff Eichelkraut, John Wright, Karl Lueschow, Kayla Zimmerman and Kevin Lague. Contact any of these volunteers if questions arise.
