Avalanche Loses to Panthers

 


The puck dropped at 7:00 p.m. at SLICE for the Avalanche’s game against the Oregon Panthers on February 5th.

“We just couldn’t catch a break tonight. Murphy’s law reigned supreme. We started with a broken pane of glass during warmups. Continued with messed up skate sharpenings for Tyler Johnson, Cade Martin and Evan Byrnes that left them sitting out for half the game,” said Coach Josh Smith. “Next, four of Oregon’s goals were scored after they bounced off of our own players.
