Dear Editor,

We would like to thank all those involved in the successful conclusion of our Winter Red Cross Blood Drive, including St. Mary’s of Lourdes Church, the Post Messenger Recorder, Culver’s of New Glarus (who provided “pint for pint” coupons for the donors), the Belleville Public Works Department, the volunteers, and especially the donors.

Several donors achieved new goals. Marie Venden reached the nine-gallon mark. Others who received special recognition were Scott Babler, five gallons; Daniel Bohms and Marci Hensel, two gallons; and Bob Sarbacker, one gallon.

Other donors include James Kramer, Mike O’Connor, Lavon Olson, Don Sparby, Russ Cichy, Sam Christen, Jeanine Mabis, Jody Lien, Vittoria Smith, Sarah Uecker, Linda Drea, John McNaughton, Steve Rohde, Barb Babler, Bruce Weber, Nina Woods, Shawn Kippley, Abby Johnson, Nita Duerst, Sheree Solberg, Denise Mussehl, Selma Coburn, Joleen Elsing, Shelly Leibundgut, Kevin DeLorme, Pam Sharon, Bill Carlson, Brad Halvensleben, Bev Kramer, Juanita Harbort, Eric Kassebaum, Jamie Breininger, Brian Weasner and Sherry O’Connor.
