Monticello Comprehensive Plan Update
Have your voice heard!
An interactive public meeting will be held on Thursday, January 14, 2016, from 6:30 p.m. until 8:30 p.m., at Gabriella’s Restaurant located at 149 N. Main St., Monticello, for the ten-year Monticello Comprehensive Plan. This meeting’s activities will focus on Community Resources, including Natural and Agricultural Resources, Parks and Recreation, Education, and Culture and Creativity.
This is the first of four upcoming public meetings for the comprehensive plan. The remaining three will cover: Infrastructure, February 11; Economic Development, March 17; and Land Use and Implementation, April 21. During these meetings, participants will lend their experience, expertise and innovative ideas to shape the future of Monticello.
The Monticello planning process is being conducted by the Southwestern Wisconsin Regional Planning Commission, and supported by the valuable efforts of the Village of Monticello.
