On Friday, November 6, 2015, at 9:06 a.m., the Dane County 911 Communications Center took a report of a motor vehicle crash with injuries on CTH PB just north of Bell West Blvd., in the Village of Belleville.

A 1995 Chevrolet S-10 pickup was traveling northbound on CTH PB when the driver, identified as Christina Carroll, 49, Monroe, lost control and impacted a culvert and power pole. She was extricated from the vehicle by the Belleville Fire Department and flown to UW Hospital by MedFlight with serious injuries.
