Come join us on Wednesday, October 14th, from 5:00 p.m.-8:00 p.m., at Library Park to celebrate the fall harvest, changing weather, and a brand new school year! Enjoy the music of Ghosts in the Room, lots of food, friends, and fun. New items this year include kid’s games and a cake walk. And back by popular demand — the balloon guy! Stop down to see the Belleville students art projects and enjoy dinner in the park before the snow flies.
