Green County Fall Nationals
Pullin’ for the Community!
For the ninth year in a row, the Green County Fall Nationals Truck and Tractor Pull will bring some of the most talented and recognized names in the tractor and truck pulling circuit to the Green County Fairgrounds in Monroe on Saturday, September 26th. Expecting to draw tractor pullers from more than 10 states, this event has become very popular not only for the extreme competition in a nationally favored sport, but also because the GCFN is a charitable organization, donating proceeds back to the community.
The event starts at Noon and will last until approximately 7:00 p.m. GCFN welcomes back for their second year, the Charm School Rejects, who will be playing from 8:00 p.m. to Midnight, rain or shine. In case of rain for the tractor pull, tickets purchased will be honored in 2016. Hawthorn said, “People will definitely get their money’s worth, as more than 100 tractors and trucks will provide great pulling excitement.”
Truck and tractor classes include Limited Pro Stock, 4x4 2.6 Diesel trucks, Super Farm, Light Limited Super Stock, Unlimited Alcohol Super Stock, 640 Pro Farm, Pro Stocks, 466 Hot Farm and TWD Mod Trucks.
GCFN is pleased to provide FREE PARKING as well as camping available on the grounds. There will be a $5.00 charge for pit area parking.
Everyone is encouraged to purchase tickets prior to the day of the pull. Ticket price will include the pull, band admission and a chance to win more than 40 prizes valued at over $10,000. Tickets purchased the day of the pull will not be entered in the drawing and the band will be an additional $5.00.
