Soccer Earns Third at Big Foot
Last weekend, the Sugar River boys soccer team finished third in the Big Foot tournament.
They won, 3-1, over Big Foot-Williams Bay with Dylan Hustad scoring two goals and Nehemiah Noriega scoring one.
They then lost 0-1 to Badger, but it was followed with a win over Westosha, 2-0. In that game, Hustad scored both goals for the Raiders.
Earlier that week the Raiders faced off against Cambridge Deerfield where they were victorious, 4-1.
Noriega scored the first goal for SRR on a penalty kick which was followed quickly by a goal from Lukas Diaz assisted by Noriega. Hustad scored the next two goals for the Raiders, and he was assisted by Mike Jennrich and Miguel Santos Braceros.
