Marjorie Frances Schnierer nee Klassy, 79, formerly of Blue Island, beloved mother of Elizabeth Schnierer and Kathryn Chapman; devoted grandmother of Victoria, Holden and Vance; dear sister of Larry (Zenda) Klassy; dear aunt of Todd Klassy, Amy (Brad) Burdette, Jeffrey Klassy and Garrett Klassy.

Retired teacher of Bradwell Elementary School of Chicago, member of Community Renewal Chorus of Chicago.

Visitation held Thursday, August 20, 2015, from 3:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., at the Krueger Funeral Home, 13050 S. Greenwood Avenue, Blue Island.

Funeral service was Friday, lying in state from 10:00 a.m. until time of service at 11:00 a.m., at Pilgrim Faith United Church of Christ, 9411 S. 51st Avenue, Chicago, IL 60453.

Cremation private.
