On August 17, at 7:04 a.m., the Belleville Police Department was notified that damage had been done to the Belleville Community Bank on West Main Street. Investigation found that at 3:02 a.m., a semi, owned by the CR England Company, had made a wrong turn onto North Vine Street and was attempting to turn around in the alley north of the bank.
