College students continuing their post-secondary education are urged to apply for one of the scholarships being awarded in October by The Monticello Foundation, Inc. Students must have earned 24 college credits and be a graduate of Monticello High School to apply. Applicants are judged based on need, local community service, grades and leadership roles.
