The halls and lockers at the School District of Belleville remain quiet. However, the offices are bursting with excitement. The implementation of Partnerships in Comprehensive Literacy (PCL) model provides our staff the opportunity to grow professionally, the resources to engage students, which ultimately will lead to higher student achievement.
