Biotechnology Presentation Night Impresses Attendees

Early in May, Belleville High School students enrolled in the Dane County Youth Apprenticeship Biotechnology Program presented projects they have worked on while employed in biotech businesses in the area.
Second year high school student projects included genetic identification for ABS, microbes in vocal health and disease for UW-Madison's Department of Surgery, malt heritage study for the USDA- Cereal Crops Research Unit, applying circular RNA in E. coli at UW Madison's Department of Chemical and Biological Engineering, and many other interesting projects.
