Performance Enhancement Program for Student Athletes
At Green County YMCA June 18 - July 30
Summer is the time many student athletes are preparing for the next school year’s sports. With summer leagues and athletic camps coming up, it’s also a good idea to attend a program that can reduce the risk for some sports injuries and improve leg strength.
Monroe Clinic will sponsor the SportsMetrics™ program Tuesdays and Thursdays, June 18 through July 30, 1:30 p.m.-2:30 p.m. at the Green County Family YMCA, 1307 2nd Street, Monroe. The cost is $150.00 for 12 sessions. Discount applied if the student signs up with a friend.
SportsMetrics™ is the only scientifically proven program that reduces the risk of knee injury, increases jump power and improves leg strength in any sport that involves pivoting, cutting or jumping.
The program is for student athletes 6th grade and up. Call Monroe Clinic’s Sports Medicine department at 608-325-PLAY for more information or to register.
