The Green County Land and Water Conservation Department held a poster contest with the theme of "Local Heroes – Your Hardworking Pollinators." The contest was created by the National Association of Conservation Districts, which gives the guidelines and theme. It was open to all students from Kindergarten through twelfth grade to participate.
