Julia Gempeler and Ken Gempeler with the awards that Gempeler's Supermarket earned at the 80th annual convention of the Wisconsin Association of Meat Processors (WAMP) in early April. Gempeler's Alpine Boy™ brand earned Reserve Grand Champion for their Precooked Wisconsin Style Bratwurst, Precooked Veal Sausage and Beef Strips. They also received the Honorable Mention for their Precooked Hawaiian Bratwurst and six more entries were ranked in the top ten in their respective product categories.
