Village President Roger Hillebrand and Library Director Bronna Lehmann stand at the chosen site for the new Belleville Public Library and Community Center. The former Landmark Mill on S. Park Street, across from Library Park, was demolished earlier this year. The capital campaign is close to the halfway point of our $1 million dollar goal.
