Secretary of the Department of Financial Institutions Ray Allen visited Belleville Elementary School on Thursday, April 23, as part of Money Smart Week while the staff of UB&T in Belleville donated a bank to every student. Diane O'Connor and Belleville High School Marketing and Business Education Teacher Erik Farrar distributed the banks to students.
