An audience of about 75 people greatly enjoyed Jerry Apps' entertaining presentation on the history of Wisconsin agriculture last Thursday night.  Mr. Apps told about the wheat farms of the early settlers, the transition to the dairy farms our state is known for, and all of the other diverse ways people have made a living through agriculture.  Belleville Public Library thanks the Beyond the Page endowment for the grant, which funded this event.
