Dustin B. Winkers, 26, Belleville, was charged Monday in Dane County with child enticement and sexual assault of a child under 16. The criminal complaint alleges that Winkers met, gave alcohol to, and then sexually assaulted a 14-year-old girl that he met on Facebook.

The complaint states that he met the girl in October of 2014, when she was 14. The girl told Department of Justice agents that she told Winkers that she was 14 before they met in person.

Winkers was released on a signature bond and ordered to have no contact with the girl and no unsupervised contact with girls under 18. He w...
