Sinnett Presented With Quilt of Valor

Robert "Bob" Sinnett, a native of Monticello now living in Monroe, recently received a Quilt of Valor. Bob served in the US Army from 1973-1975, at the rank of E4. He was assigned to the Alpha Battery First Battalion 41st Field Artillery and was deployed to Schwabisch Gmund, Germany.
